We are looking for a System Engineer (all genders) Server Operations for our client in Hanau, Germany. Why PEAG Personal:- ? 81,000 - ? 85,000 per year - 37,5 hour week - Holiday and Christmas bonuses - Employer-funded pension - Discount campaigns on travel, fashion, technology, mobile communications and much more - Long-term commitment - Almost every second of our employees is taken on by our customers RESPONSIBILITIES:- Daily server provision duty including the server ordering and consulting, supervising the installation progress in ITSM and the automation tool - Monitoring and troubleshooting the Server lifecycle management through the server asset database and also the server quality management through the given report - Server asset and configuration management tool in Power BI - Project participation in scope of server products - Problem management support in server environment - Change management support for server operation - Provide IMAC/D coordination with 2nd and 3rd level support groups - Provide operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating data and trends - Support of measures in quality management, introduction of procedures, operation and further development of these systems and processes, guidance and support of colleagues in the use of these solutions - Proactive and reactive processing of weak points (e.g.audit findings) in terms of solution development and implementation - Coordination of the continuous expansion and maintenance of documentation - Collaboration and coordination in functional groups and project teams with different focus areas - Review/feedback of concepts for the tasks given KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor-degree (or higher) of Computer Science / Business Informatics or comparable qualification - Valid MCSA Windows Server certification - Knowledge of monitoring and alerting products (HP SIM, HP OneView, OBM) - Long-term professional experience with server operations for ESXi 6.5, 6.7 and 7.0 - Experience with VMware vRealize Operations Manager and vRealize LogInsight - VMware VCP level knowledge is required - Scripting skills such as PowerShell and PowerCLI - Professional experience in plan, build, run of server and storage hardware infrastructure (HPE, CISCO,NetApp, Flexpod) - Professional skills in plan, build, run of backup products (Spectrum Protect, Rubrik,Veeam) - Professional experience in plan, build, run of end point protection solutions (McAfee, Cloudstrike) - ITIL foundation level knowledge is required - ITSM skills for ticket handling - Communicative and analytical competence - Travel readiness - Flexible working hours ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:We are looks forward to receiving your application at ludwigshafen@peag-personal.de, also online via our Homepage, https://www.peag-online.de/peag-personal/fuer-fachkraefte/stelle nboerse/.
