Your tasks at Roche Diagnostics:

  - Acting as first level support for issues reported by the business
  - Proactively identifying potential issues in the execution of business processes related to master data
  - Support the business with crucial mass changes
  - Resolving data related issues
  - Following up on the resolution of Incidents (e.g. keeping the customer informed)
  - Support the implementation of the UDI solution in additional countries.
 

The requirements:

  - Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics and first working experience in Master Data Management / Governance, IT, Supply Chain or Regulatory
  - Experience in a similar role (no graduates with zero experience outside of their time of studies)
  - Business Process Management skills: work in close collaboration with internal IT functions and service providers to implement & test changes and enhancementprovide user training related to system changes
  - Work in close collaboration with other functions within Roche to manage the dependencies between systems, processes and systems
  - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  - Analyze issues and support root cause analysis as well as issue resolution
  - Project Management
  - Participate in global and country specific Roche projects and integrations (e.g. new/updated UDI regulations, new acquisitions etc.) and support the required system and data integration activities
  - SAP experience
  - Fluent in English is mandatory
  - Conversational German Skills as welk as experience in 1st Level Support of Business Applications (ideally SAP) and experience in (mass) Data changes in Business Applications (ideally SAP) are nicke to have
